This procedure guides you through the final review and confirmation of the tennis court booking before moving on to entering personal details and payment.
Confirmation Procedure
Make sure you have completed the previous steps (Date Selection, Match Type, Court Availability, and Options) to view the summary section.
1. Complete Player Details and Payment (Step 5)
Before confirming, you need to specify player details and payment method:
1. Add player names (Optional): In the Players and payment section, if you selected a match with more than one player, you will see text fields for additional participants.
- Enter the name of each additional player.
- If a player is a guest (non-member), leave the field blank. The system will automatically calculate the guest fee.
2. Select payment method: Under Who pays?, select how you intend to pay the total booking amount. Available options are:
- Pay full amount
- Pay half amount
- Pay my share
2. Review the Summary
Once Step 5 is completed, the Booking Summary section will appear.
1. Verify details: Check the booking information in the summary box, which includes:
- Selected Court.
- Match Duration in hours.
- Total Players (and how many are guests).
2. Check Amount: Review the Amount to pay: shown in the right-hand box. This price reflects your share based on the payment method you selected (Step 5).
3. Confirm and Proceed to Payment
1. Click on the Confirm Booking button.
2. The system will automatically redirect you to the next page of the Booking Engine to enter your contact details and complete the transaction.
