This guide shows you how to connect your Telegram channels to a product or membership plan so that users are automatically subscribed after purchase.
1. Connect a New Telegram Channel (Prerequisite)
Before you can associate a channel with a product, you need to make sure the channel is linked to the system. Follow these instructions, which are visible on the channel selection screen:
1. Add the bot @framework360_bot to the group or channel you want to connect.
2. Write the message (connection code) in the public chat of the channel.
- Note: The connection code is a unique code that appears in the platform notification.
3. Reload the product/plan editing screen to make the group available.
2. Associate the Channel with the Product or Plan
Once the channel has been connected, you can associate it with your product or membership plan.
1. Access the editing section of the Product (E-commerce) or Membership Plan.
2. Click on the tab titled Telegram Channels.
3. Locate the field labeled Telegram Channel.
4. Click on the field and select one or more channels from the list that you want to associate with this product or plan.
- Note: The field allows multiple selections.
5. Save the changes to the Product/Plan.
Users who purchase this product or plan will automatically receive an invite link for the selected Telegram channels.
