Main features

The module manages the entire subscription lifecycle, from sale to access.

  • Channel Management: Allows you to quickly connect your Telegram channels or groups to the system, making them available for product association.
  • Product/Plan Association: You can specify, directly from the editing tab of a product or subscription plan, which Telegram channels the user will be subscribed to after payment.
  • Automatic Access Control: The system constantly verifies the status of the subscription or purchase. Users who are no longer authorized (for example, if the subscription expires) are automatically removed from the channel.
  • Subscriber Monitoring: A dedicated section in the admin panel allows viewing the complete list of subscribers, their status, and associated channels.

How to configure

Configuration consists of two steps: linking the channel and associating it with the product.

1. Linking a new Telegram channel

To allow the system to manage subscriptions, you must first link your Telegram channel or group:

1. Add the Bot: Add the official bot @framework360_bot as an administrator to your Telegram group or channel.

2. Send the Token: Send the unique connection message (displayed in the plugin configuration screen) directly in the public chat of the channel or group.

3. Reload: Reload the plugin configuration screen. The channel will now appear in the list of available channels.

2. Associating with products or subscriptions

Once the channel is linked, you can associate it with your items for sale:

1. Go to edit the desired Product or Subscription Plan.

2. Look for the tab named Telegram Channels.

3. Select one or more channels from the list.

4. Save changes.

After purchasing that product, the customer will automatically receive an invitation for the selected channels.

The module integrates into various areas of the system to ensure a smooth and automated user flow.

Automatic sending of invitations via email

At purchase and completed payment, the system:

1. Generates a unique and temporary invitation link for the customer.

2. Sends an automatic email containing the access link to the channel.

> Note: You can customize this email's content through the Email area of the admin panel, under the Telegram group (Template: Channel subscription invitation).

Management in customer area

After completing an order, customers can find their Telegram channel access link directly in their Reserved Area’s Order Details section.

Requesting Telegram Username (if configured)

If a product requires user identification on Telegram, during checkout, the system can ask customers to enter their Telegram username. This information is then shown in the cart summary.
