Why do it: To define the content and recipient of the message that will be sent automatically on Telegram.
Procedure
1. Access the Telegram Settings section (within the creation or editing of the marketing action or autopost).
2. In the Group / Channel field, select from the dropdown list the Telegram group or channel to which you want to send the message.
- Note: If the desired group is not present, follow the instructions provided in the information box to link new groups.
3. In the Message field, write or edit the content that will be sent.
- Tip: Enter a message up to 1530 characters long.
4. To insert dynamic information (such as the customer's name or other variable data), consult the table of available Shortcode and copy the desired code into the message text.
5. Once you have finished drafting the message, proceed with saving the marketing action or autopost. (The save button is located outside this specific section).
