Viewing Available Shortcodes
Why Do It
Shortcodes allow you to automatically insert dynamic information (such as the customer's name or specific details) into your message.
Procedure
1. Access the configuration screen of the marketing action where you want to use shortcodes (for example, the Create Telegram or Edit Telegram screen).
2. In the Telegram Settings section, scroll down the page.
3. You will find a table listing all the available shortcodes for use.
4. Copy the desired shortcode (e.g., {ms-customer-name}) and paste it into the message text field (such as Message or Message Content).
