This guide explains how to choose the Telegram group or channel where the message will be sent, and how to link a new one if necessary.
1. Select an Existing Group or Channel
If you have already linked your Telegram group or channel to the platform, follow these steps:
1. On the Telegram action creation or editing screen, locate the Telegram Settings section.
2. Look for the field labeled Group / Channel.
3. Click on the dropdown menu and select the name of the group or channel where you want to send the message.
2. Link a New Group or Channel
If the desired group or channel does not appear in the list, you must first link it to the platform.
Note: To complete this procedure, you need to have administrator permissions in the Telegram group or channel.
1. In the Telegram Settings section, find the information box that provides linking instructions.
2. Add the Bot: Add the bot @framework360_bot to your Telegram group or channel.
3. Send the Code: In the public chat of the newly created group or channel, write the connection code found in the information box (the code is bolded and underlined, for example: connect-123-abcde).
4. Reload the Screen: After sending the code in the chat, reload the current platform screen (for example, by pressing F5 on your browser).
5. Return to the Group / Channel field and select the newly linked group from the list.
Your group or channel is now ready to receive messages.
