This guide explains how to authorize the platform to send messages to your Telegram groups or channels, making them available in the Group / Channel dropdown menu.
Procedure to Connect a Telegram Group or Channel
To connect a new group or channel, carefully follow these steps:
1. Access Telegram Settings: Navigate to the section of the platform where you are configuring the sending of a Telegram message (for example, in an Automation or Autopost).
2. Locate the Instructions: On the right side of the screen, you will find an information box titled To connect new telegram groups:.
3. Add the Bot: Add the official bot @framework360_bot to your Telegram group or channel.
- Note: If you are connecting a channel, make sure that the bot is set as Administrator.
4. Copy the Connection Code: In the information box, copy the specific message provided to you (it is a code starting with connect-).
5. Send the Message: Paste and send the copied code in the public chat of the Telegram group or channel you just connected.
- You will receive a confirmation message in Telegram when the connection has been successfully established.
6. Reload the Screen: Return to the platform and reload the current browser page.
7. Select the Group: After reloading, your new group or channel will be available in the dropdown menu under the label Group / Channel. Select it to complete the configuration.
8. Write the Message: Enter the text you want to send in the Message field.
Once these steps are completed, you can save the action and the system will be authorized to send messages to the selected Telegram group.
