This setting allows you to specify an alternative product name that will be displayed on external payment platforms, instead of the standard item name.
Procedure
1. Access the product management section (or the item, subscription plan, etc.) you want to modify.
2. Open the specific item in edit mode.
3. Look for and click on the tab named Tax Information.
4. In the field labeled Product Name for Payment Platforms, enter the text you want to appear on receipts and transactions on payment platforms.
5. Click the save button (usually Save or Save Changes) to apply the modification.
