To save changes made to the text of an existing tag:
1. Click on the tag you want to edit.
2. A control panel will open containing a text field and two buttons: Save and Delete.
3. Edit the text inside the field.
4. To confirm and apply the change, click the Save button.
5. The panel will close and the updated tag will be visible.
