When you have finished adding or editing tags, you need to exit edit mode to view the catalog as a normal user would.
Procedure:
1. If you have just created or modified a tag, make sure to click the Save button within the tag box.
2. Exit build mode or save the changes for the entire page (the exact action depends on your content management system).
3. Once the page is saved, editor mode will be disabled and the tags will return to their normal interaction (for example, appearing only on mouse hover).
