Send the order (Checkout)

This procedure allows you to finalize the selection of products in the cart and send the order to the restaurant staff, choosing the desired payment method.

Procedure

1. After completing adding products to the cart, click the button to send the order (usually labeled "Send Order" or "Checkout").

2. If the system requires it, make sure you have selected the correct table in the Select table field.

3. A summary window will appear. Check the Total to pay.

4. Under the heading How would you like to pay?, select your preferred payment method. Click on the button corresponding to the chosen method (for example, if you want to pay cash or by card at the counter, click Pay at checkout).

5. After selecting the payment method, the system will process the order and redirect you to the final summary page.

Order Status and Pickup

Depending on the chosen payment method, the final summary page will provide instructions:

  • If you chose a non-immediate payment (e.g., Pay at checkout):

The message Please go to the checkout to pay for your order will be displayed.

  • If the order has already been paid (or if you finalized payment at checkout):

The message Please go to the checkout to pick up your order will be displayed.

In both cases, your order number (e.g., #1234) and a barcode that you must show at checkout to complete or pick up your order will be visible on the page.
