What is it for? (Practical examples)
Use the Questionnaires module to:
- Lead Qualification: Create a structured questionnaire to collect detailed information about potential clients (e.g., budget, specific needs) before assigning them to a salesperson.
- Satisfaction Surveys (NPS/CSAT): Measure customer satisfaction after a purchase or service by automatically assigning a score based on the responses.
- Advanced Personal Data Collection: Use the provided answers to automatically update customer profile fields (e.g., address, billing data) dynamically.
Main Features
Creation and Structure
- Multi-step Questionnaires: Organize the questionnaire into logical sections, allowing the user to proceed step by step.
- Conditional Logic: Define rules to show or hide subsequent steps based on answers given in previous steps, creating dynamic and personalized paths.
- Progress Bar: Display a progress bar to inform the user how many steps remain until completion.
- Flexible Question Types: Supports various response formats:
- Short or long answer (free text).
- Single choice (radio buttons, dropdown menu).
- Multiple choice (checkboxes).
- Specific fields (date, time, number, email, phone).
- Descriptive sections created via Visual Builder.

Response Management and Scoring

- Progressive Saving: The system saves user progress in real-time, allowing resumption of the questionnaire even if not completed.
- Duplicate Control: It is possible to configure whether or not multiple completions of the same questionnaire by the same user are allowed.

Questionnaires are displayed on the site through the "Questionnaire" block in Visual Builder.

Linking to a Standard Form
It is possible to attach a standard Form (contact form, quote request) that is displayed and automatically filled out after the questionnaire has been successfully completed.
- Score Transfer: Fields in the attached Form can retrieve the final questionnaire score using the shortcode
{points}. - Placement: The attached Form appears only after completing the questionnaire.
Automatic Integrations
Customer Area and CRM
- Submission History: In the customer's tab (Customer Area), there is a tab listing all completed questionnaires.
- Response Management (Backend): From the Customer Area you can:
- View details of each response.
- Download complete responses as PDF.
- Delete specific responses.
- Filling on Behalf of Customer: It is possible to generate a unique link to fill out a questionnaire on behalf of a specific customer, ensuring that responses are correctly associated with their profile.
- Customer Timeline: Questionnaire submissions are automatically recorded in the customer's activity history.
Automations and Segmentation
- Marketing Triggers: Completing a questionnaire (or a specific questionnaire) can be used as a trigger event for Marketing Automations (e.g., sending an email series, internal notification).
- Advanced Customer Filters: Use questionnaire data to segment your audience:
- Filter customers based on their submission status (Started, Completed, Not submitted).
- Filter customers based on their score obtained (e.g., customers who scored above 8).
- Filter customers based on their specific answer given to a particular question.
Reporting and Analysis
- Dedicated Reports: The Questionnaires module feeds into the Report section, allowing analysis of submission performance.
- Available Metrics: Analyze total submissions, submission date, user, and traffic source (UTM) associated with each submission.
Profile Data Update
Answers to specific questions in the questionnaire can be mapped directly onto customer profile fields (name, email, phone, billing information), allowing automatic updating or creation of new customer profiles upon completion.
