Description: This tool allows you to dynamically display the list of collaborators (staff) registered in the system directly on the website or in communications.
What is it for? (Practical examples)
Use the Staff List module to:
- Create an "About Us" or "Our Team" section on your site, keeping the information always automatically updated.
- Generate professional profile pages dedicated to each staff member, complete with biography, role, and contacts.
- Allow visitors to contact a specific collaborator directly through a dedicated contact form on their public profile.
Main Features
The Staff List module is designed to manage the public display of user data flexibly through the Visual Builder.
- Flexible Display: You can insert the staff list on any page or even within emails (depending on the display options supported by the template).
- Automatic Detail Pages: For each user registered in the system, a public detail page is automatically created. The title and URL of these pages are generated based on the collaborator's name.
- Dynamic User Data: It is possible to display a wide range of information for each staff member, including:
- Full Name
- Professional Role
- Contacts (Email, Phone)
- Biography and description (also in HTML format)
- Profile Image (Avatar)
- Links to social profiles (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Carousel Integration: The list can also be displayed in carousel format, useful for saving space and highlighting profiles.
How to configure it
Configuration is mainly done through the Visual Builder when adding the "Staff" or "Staff Details" block to a page.
Available Blocks
The module provides two main types of blocks within the Visual Builder:

Creation of Private Pages
The module adds a new type of private page called "User" (staff-detail). This page acts as a template for all public collaborator profiles.
- Page Title: The detail page title is automatically set using the collaborator's name (e.g.,
{staff-name}). - SEO: Detail pages support SEO settings to improve visibility on search engines.
Dynamic Contact Form
When using the "Contact Form" block within the Staff Detail page, the system automatically sets the collaborator's email as the form recipient. This way, messages sent by visitors go directly to the relevant staff member.
