Why do it
To verify that data export to Spoki has been completed and to identify the number of items sent, not sent, and any errors.
Procedure
1. On the data management screen (for example, the Client list), click the button with the gear icon (⚙️) labeled Spoki.
2. In the dropdown menu that appears, click Export.
3. Wait for the data sending to complete (a progress bar will be displayed).
4. At the end of the operation, a modal window titled Export Completed will automatically appear.
5. Inside this window, view the export summary, which includes:
- The count of Sent items.
- The count of Not Sent items.
6. If problems occurred during the export, an additional section titled Error Details: will be displayed, listing the specific issues encountered.
