This guide explains how to configure and manage customer data synchronization settings between Framework360 and Spoki, using Webhooks and export features.
1. Configuring Automation via Webhook
This procedure allows you to automatically send a customer's data to Spoki when they reach a specific point within a Funnel or Automation in Framework360.
Why do it
To trigger a specific automation on Spoki (for example, sending a WhatsApp message) as soon as a customer performs a defined action in your Framework360 Funnel.
Procedure
1. Access the Marketing section and edit the desired Funnel or Automation in Framework360.
2. Add a new step or action within the flow.
3. Select the action named Spoki - Start automation.
4. The configuration screen titled Start Spoki automation will open.
5. Under the Spoki automation settings section, fill in the following fields with the data provided by Spoki:
- Webhook URL: Paste the URL provided by Spoki.
- Secret: Enter the secret key provided by Spoki.
6. Click Save (or the equivalent save button for the action).
Once saved, this action will send the customer's data (first name, last name, mobile phone, and email) to the specified Webhook URL every time the customer reaches this step in the automation.
2. Managing General Customer Synchronization
Framework360 can automatically synchronize customers with Spoki in the background (via Cron), or you can force a manual synchronization.
2.1 Enabling Customer Synchronization
General synchronization must be enabled in the plugin settings.
1. Go to the Spoki plugin settings in Framework360.
2. Access the section dedicated to Synchronization.
3. Find the Synchronize customers section.
4. Make sure that the option for outgoing synchronization (Framework360 => Spoki) is enabled.
> Note: If synchronization is active, the system will periodically check (via cron) for customers who have logged in most recently and have not yet been synchronized, sending them to Spoki.
2.2 Manual Synchronization of Individual Customers
You can force sending a single customer to Spoki directly from the customer management table.
1. Access the customer management section (e.g., Customers).
2. In the table, locate the customer you want to synchronize.
3. Click on the context menu (usually an action icon) in that customer's row.
4. In the menu, select Send to.
5. Click on Spoki.
2.3 Bulk Synchronization of Customers
You can export a group of selected customers at once.
1. Access the customer management section (e.g., Customers).
2. Select the checkboxes next to the customers you want to export.
3. At the top, click on the dropdown button with the gear icon (<i class="fa fa-gear"></i>) labeled Spoki.
4. From the dropdown menu, click on Export.
5. A sending process will start. Upon completion, you will receive a summary indicating how many customers were Sent and how many were Not sent, with details of any errors.
2.4 Checking Synchronization Status
In the customer management table, there is an additional column showing connection status with Spoki:
- Synchronized: Indicates that the customer has been successfully sent to Spoki.
- Not connected: Indicates that the customer has not yet been sent to Spoki.
