How to synchronize a single client using the contextual action 'Send to > Spoki' in the clients table.

This guide explains how to force the immediate synchronization of a single customer's data from your system to Spoki, using the contextual action available in the customer table.

Why synchronize a customer?

This action ensures that the most recent customer information (such as first name, last name, and mobile phone number) is sent and updated immediately on the Spoki platform.

Procedure

1. Access the Customer Table: Navigate to the section of the system where the list of customers is located (for example, "Customer Management").

2. Locate the Customer: Find the row corresponding to the customer you want to synchronize.

3. Open the Actions Menu: In the actions column related to that customer, click on the button showing the text Invia a.

4. Select Spoki: From the dropdown menu that appears, click on the option Spoki.

5. Wait for Sending: A progress window will appear with the message "Invio cliente in corso...". Wait for the process to complete.

6. Verify the Result: At completion, a summary window titled Esportazione effettuata will appear.

  • Check the Inviati section to confirm that synchronization was successful (it should be 1).
  • If the system encounters problems (for example, if the customer does not have a valid mobile phone number), the count in Non inviati will increase and details will be visible in the Dettaglio errori section.

7. Close the Window: Click OK to close the summary window.

The customer will now be synchronized with Spoki. In the table, the customer's status in the synchronization column should update to Sincronizzato.
