This integration is essential for those using Spoki for communications via WhatsApp or other conversational channels.

  • Unified contact management: Ensures that every new customer registered or updated in Framework360 is immediately added or modified in your Spoki contact list.
  • Conversational marketing: Allows you to start marketing campaigns or automatic messages on Spoki based on actions the customer takes in Framework360 (for example, after a purchase or registration).
  • Advanced segmentation: Synchronizes only customers who belong to specific lists or have certain tags, allowing you to segment the audience directly on Spoki.

Main features

  • Automatic customer synchronization: The system autonomously sends customer data (First Name, Last Name, Mobile Phone, and Email) to Spoki.
  • Manual export: Allows selecting one or more customers from the list and forcing their immediate sending to Spoki.
  • Synchronization status: In the customer management table, you can quickly see if a contact has been synchronized ("Synchronized") or is waiting to be linked ("Not linked").
  • Export report: After a manual export, a summary is provided indicating how many contacts were successfully sent and which generated errors.
  • Automation trigger: Allows inserting a specific action within Marketing Funnels to start an automated process on Spoki.

How to configure

Initial configuration requires linking the Spoki account via the API key.

1. API Connection

1. Access the Settings section of the Spoki plugin.

2. Enter your Spoki Api Key in the designated field.

3. Confirm the connection. The system immediately verifies if the key is valid.

2. Customer synchronization options

After connecting the API, you need to define how and which customer data should be synchronized.

Enable Customer SynchronizationActivates or deactivates the entire synchronization process for contacts.
Direction: Framework360 => SpokiEnables sending data from your Framework360 to Spoki.
Export FiltersAllows limiting the contacts to synchronize. You can choose among:
- All customersSynchronizes every customer present in the system.
- Only customers in specific ListsSynchronizes only customers who are part of the selected Recipient Lists.
- Only customers with specific TagsSynchronizes only customers assigned the selected Customer Tags.

> Note: When you change synchronization settings, the system resets the synchronization history forcing a new check on all customers to apply the new filters.

Automatic integrations

Scheduled automatic synchronization

The system runs in the background at regular intervals (scheduled automatic operations) a check on customers who have recently logged in or have been modified.

Action: If a customer meets the set synchronization criteria (see Export Filters section), their data is automatically sent to Spoki to ensure your contact list is always updated.

Start Spoki automation (In Marketing Funnels)

You can use the specific action "Spoki - Start automation" within your Marketing Funnels or Automations.

This action is useful to trigger a specific messaging flow on Spoki when a customer reaches a certain point in your Funnel (e.g., has filled out a form, has purchased a product).

Action Configuration:

When adding this action to the Funnel, you must specify:

Data sent: At execution, the system sends Spoki the essential recipient data: telefono_cellulare, nome, cognome, and email.
