This guide shows you how to automatically generate a shipping label for an order using the Spediamopro module.
Prerequisites: Set the product dimensions
For the shipment to be simulated correctly, the dimensions of all products included in the order must be configured.
1. Access the edit tab of each product.
2. Look for the section titled Dimensions (identified by the ruler icon <i class="fa fa-ruler"></i>).
3. Enter values for Length, Width, and Height in centimeters (cm).
4. Save the product changes.
Procedure: Create the shipment
Once the product dimensions are set and you are on the order detail page:
1. Access the sidebar tab titled Spediamopro (identified by the truck icon <i class="fas fa-truck"></i>).
2. If a shipment has not yet been created, click the Create shipment button.
3. The system will start a simulation to find available couriers.
- Note: If company data or shipping addresses are missing, you may receive an error message prompting you to fill in the missing fields.
4. If the simulation is successful, a pop-up window titled Select courier will appear.
5. Choose the desired courier from the dropdown list (the list will show rate details and expected delivery date).
6. Click the Confirm shipment button.
7. Wait for confirmation. If successful, you will receive the message: "Shipment generated successfully."
After creation, the Spediamopro tab will update and show buttons:
- Complete shipment: To access the Spediamopro portal and finalize details (if necessary).
- Delete shipment: To cancel the created shipment.
