Allows users to register and log in using their social accounts (such as Google or Facebook), simplifying the login process.
Procedure
1. Access the settings of the "Social Authentication" plugin in the admin area.
2. Go to the Provider tab.
3. Locate the social provider you want to activate (for example, Google or Facebook).
4. Inside the provider box, click on the Activate button.
5. In the action-box-content section, you will find an information box containing the required redirect URL. Copy the URL indicated under the label:
- Remember to enable the following URL among the permissions of [Provider Name]:
6. Access the developer panel of the chosen social provider (for example, Google Developers Console or Meta for Developers) and paste the copied URL into the "Redirect URL" or "Callback URL" field required by the provider.
7. Return to the administration panel and, in the section below, enter the credentials provided by the social provider. The required fields may vary (for example, for Google or Facebook Id and Secret are required):
- Enter the value for Id.
- Enter the value for Secret.
- Note: If you are configuring Apple, you will also need to enter Team_id, Key_id, and Key_content.
8. After entering all required keys, make sure to save the plugin configuration to activate the provider.
