Display the synchronization status (Synchronized/Not connected) of an Order within the data table

Why do it:

This procedure allows you to immediately verify whether an Order has been correctly synchronized (sent) to the Smarty Management System.

Procedure:

1. Access the Orders (or Sales) management section of your system.

2. Within the data table listing all orders, locate the column named Smartygest.

3. In this column, for each order, you can view the synchronization status:

  • Synchronized: The order has been sent and linked to Smartygest.
  • Not linked: The order has not yet been sent or synchronized with Smartygest.
