To monitor in real-time the data transfer to the external management system, the system displays a progress window during export.
Procedure for Exporting and Viewing the Status
1. After selecting the items (e.g., orders or products) you want to export, click on the action button (usually a dropdown menu) and select Send to.
2. From the submenu, click on Smartygest to start the export.
3. A modal window (pop-up) titled "Sending [Data Type] in progress..." (e.g., "Sending Orders in progress...") will immediately appear. This modal includes a progress bar indicating the status of the data sending.
4. Wait for the operation to complete. If the export completes successfully, the progress modal will close and a new one titled Export Completed will appear.
5. In the Export Completed modal, you can view a summary of results:
- The number of items Sent.
- The number of items Not Sent.
6. If any issues occurred during sending, you can check the Error Details section to see the specific list of errors encountered.
Note: If the export is interrupted due to a connection error, the progress modal will close and a generic error message indicating that the operation was interrupted will be displayed.
