This guide explains how to check if a Product has been correctly synchronized with the Smartygest management system by viewing the status directly in the Products data table.
Procedure
1. Access the Product management section of your control panel.
2. Locate the table listing all your products.
3. Scroll horizontally in the table until you find the column named Smartygest.
4. In this column, the synchronization status of each Product is indicated by one of the following labels:

|---|---|
| Sincronizzato | The Product has been sent and correctly linked to the Smartygest management system. |
| Non collegato | The Product has not yet been synchronized with Smartygest. |
