Why do it: To check which items (orders, products, etc.) have been successfully synchronized with the management system and which ones generated errors during the process.
Procedure
Once you have started exporting the items (for example, by clicking on Smartygest from an item's contextual menu):
1. Wait for the export process to complete. During sending, a progress bar will show the advancement status.
2. When finished, the progress bar will close and a modal window titled Export Completed will automatically appear.
3. Inside this window, you will find a summary of the operation, divided into two sections:
- Sent: The total number of items that were successfully synchronized.
- Not Sent: The total number of items that were not synchronized due to errors.
4. If the Not Sent count is greater than zero, scroll down to view the Error Details: section.
5. In this section, each encountered error will be listed in a red box for easier identification.
6. After reviewing the results, click the OK button to close the modal and return to the previous screen.
