What is it for? (Practical examples)

This tool is essential if you use Gestionale Smarty as the main system for managing your catalog and accounting.

  • Centralized catalog management: Update prices, descriptions, and product availability directly in Gestionale Smarty; changes will be automatically reflected on your Framework360 e-commerce.
  • Sales monitoring: Automatically send all completed orders on your site to Gestionale Smarty for invoicing and inventory management.
  • Customer synchronization: Ensure that the personal data of new or updated customers is always aligned between the two systems.

Main features

The module offers complete synchronization of business data between the two systems.

1. Product synchronization (Smartygest → Framework360)

  • Automatic import: Products, including categories, prices, descriptions, images, SKU codes, and stock levels, are periodically imported from Smartygest to Framework360.
  • Continuous update: Changes made to products in the gestionale (e.g., price or stock changes) are detected and automatically updated on the site.

2. Order export (Framework360 → Smartygest)

  • Automatic sales sending: Completed and paid sales orders on your e-commerce (or with cash on delivery payment) are exported in real time to Smartygest for accounting management.
  • Complete details: The export includes customer billing and shipping data, payment method, and order line details (products, quantities, and prices).
  • Manual export: It is possible to select and manually send one or more orders to the gestionale directly from the "Sales" section of the control panel.

3. Customer data synchronization (Bidirectional)

  • Customers: Customer data (first name, last name, addresses, VAT number, Tax Code) are synchronized. If a customer is created or updated in Framework360, the data is sent to Smartygest, and vice versa.
  • Taxes and VAT rates: Tax rates used for invoicing and products are kept aligned between the two systems.

4. Monitoring and management

  • Synchronization status: In the "Products" and "Sales" lists, there is a dedicated column indicating whether the item has been successfully synchronized (Synchronized) or is not yet linked (Not linked).
  • Error management: In case of errors during export (e.g., missing data), the system shows a summary of unsent items, allowing you to correct the data and retry sending.

How to configure

Initial configuration requires authorization to connect Framework360 to your Gestionale Smarty account via the API key.

1. Access settings: Go to the "Plugins" or "Integrations" section of your control panel and select "Gestionale Smarty."

2. Enter API Key: You will be asked to enter the API Key provided by Gestionale Smarty.

3. Verification and connection: After entering the key, the system will check to ensure the connection is valid. Once confirmed, synchronization is active.

Automatic integrations

After initial configuration, all synchronization operations occur in the background, managed by scheduled automatic processes.

Scheduled automatic operations

  • Inventory and catalog synchronization: Every 5 minutes, the system checks for new products or updates to existing products in Smartygest and imports them into Framework360.
  • Synchronization queue processing: The system uses a "queue" to manage sending and receiving data (orders, customers, products) in an orderly and secure manner. This queue is processed continuously to ensure data is always up to date.
