Why do it: To update the dimensional parameters (weight, measurements) or messages associated with a specific Size Calculator configuration.
Procedure
1. Access the administration panel and navigate to the Size Calculator plugin settings.
2. Locate the existing configuration you want to edit in the list of "calculations" and click on it to expand the details.
Editing General Settings
3. In the upper section of the configuration, you can modify the general parameters:
- Category: Select the product category to which this configuration applies (or leave blank to apply it to all products).
- Size attribute: Verify or change the attribute that represents sizes for this configuration.
> Note: If you change the attribute, you need to save the configuration to load new size fields.
- 'Size not found' message: Update the message that will be shown to the end user if the calculator fails to suggest a size.
Editing Measurement Ranges (Per Size)
4. Scroll down to the section listing available sizes (identified as "Size [Size Name]").
5. For each size, modify the measurement ranges as follows:
- Weight:
- Enter the Minimum weight (in Kg).
- Enter the Maximum weight (in Kg).
- Chest:
- Enter the Minimum chest measurement (in Cm).
- Enter the Maximum chest measurement (in Cm).
- Waist:
- Enter the Minimum waist measurement (in Cm).
- Enter the Maximum waist measurement (in Cm).
- Attached message: Enter or update the specific message that will be shown to users when the calculator suggests this particular size.
6. After completing all changes, click on the page's general save button (e.g., Save or Apply changes) to make the updated configuration effective.
