This guide explains how to check if a Customer, Product, or Order is correctly synchronized with your Shopify store.
The synchronization status is visible within the management tables of items (Customers, Products, Sales).
Procedure to View Synchronization Status
1. Access the Desired Section
Navigate to the management section of the items whose status you want to check. For example:
- Customer Management
- Product Management
- Sales/Orders Management
2. Locate the Shopify Column
Within the table listing your data (customers, products, or orders), look for the column named Shopify.
3. Check the Status
For each row (item), the Shopify column will display one of the following labels indicating the linkage status:
- Synced: The item has been successfully sent to Shopify and the data is linked.
- Not linked: The item has not yet been synchronized or is not associated with a corresponding item on Shopify.
