Display the summary of the export performed (sent/not sent)

This guide describes how to view the summary of a manual data export to Shopify, such as customers or products.

The summary is automatically displayed in a popup window (modal) at the end of the sending operation.

Viewing the Export Summary

1. Start the Export:

After selecting the item(s) to export (for example, a customer or a product) within the management table, click on the action button and select:

  • Send to > Shopify

2. Wait for Completion:

A progress bar (Sending [Label] in progress...) will appear. Wait for the synchronization process to complete.

3. View the Summary:

Once the operation is finished, the progress bar will close and a window titled Export Completed will automatically appear.

This window contains the summary of the operation, divided into two main sections:

  • Sent: The total number of items successfully synchronized to Shopify.
  • Not Sent: The total number of items that could not be synchronized.

4. Check Error Details (If Present):

If the export encountered issues, below the numerical summary there will be a section titled Error Details:. This section lists specific messages related to synchronization failures.
