View the export error details

This guide explains how to view the error details that occur during an export (synchronization) process to the external platform.

The error details are shown automatically at the end of the export process if there are items that were not sent correctly.

Viewing Export Error Details

Follow these steps to start the export and view the error summary:

1. Start the Export: From the list of items (for example, Clients or Products), select the item or items you want to export. Use the action button and select Send to, then choose Shopify.

  • Note: A progress window titled Sending [Item Name] in progress... will appear.

2. Wait for Completion: Wait for the system to complete sending all selected items.

3. View the Summary: Once the export is finished, a summary window titled Export Completed will appear. This window will show:

  • The number of items Sent.
  • The number of items Not Sent.

4. Check the Error Details: If there are unsent items, below the numerical summary you will find the section:

  • Error Details:
  • Under this heading, specific error messages generated by the external platform for each item that was not successfully synchronized will be listed in red boxes.
