This guide explains how to view the result of a manual synchronization of items (such as customers or products) to Shopify, including success counts and error details.
Procedure to View the Summary
The summary is displayed automatically at the end of a manual export process to Shopify.
1. Access the system section containing the items you want to synchronize (for example, the Customers list or the Products list).
2. Select the items you want to send to Shopify by checking the boxes next to them.
3. Use the action menu and select the Send to option.
4. In the submenu, click on Shopify to start the export.
5. Wait for the process to complete. During sending, a progress bar will be shown.
6. Once the export is finished, a summary window titled Export Completed will appear automatically.
Interpreting the Summary
The Export Completed window contains the following data:

| Unsent | The total number of items for which synchronization failed. |
