This guide explains how to set the sorting criteria for the reviews displayed in the block.
Procedure
1. Open the settings of the Reviews block (or Reviews List) within the Visual Builder.
2. Locate and click on the Sort header to expand the sorting options section.
3. In the Sort by field, select one of the following criteria:
- Date: Sort reviews based on the submission date.
- Custom: Sort reviews based on the manual sort value (field
sort) assigned to each review in the management area. - Random: Display reviews in a random order each time the page loads.
4. In the Order field, choose the sorting direction:
- Descending: From newest/highest value review to oldest/lowest value.
- Ascending: From oldest/lowest value review to newest/highest value.
5. Save the block changes to apply the new sorting to the reviews list.
