This guide explains how to set the sorting mode for reviews displayed in the "Reviews" block.
Procedure
1. Open the settings of the "Reviews" block (usually by double-clicking on the block or clicking on the settings icon).
2. In the settings panel, scroll down to the section labeled Sort and click on it to expand.
3. Locate the field labeled Sort by.
4. Click on the dropdown menu and select the desired sorting mode:
- Date: Reviews are sorted based on their submission date (the most recent will have a higher ID).
- Custom: Reviews are sorted based on a manual sorting value (field
sort). - Random: Reviews are shown in a completely random order each time the page loads.
5. Just below, in the field labeled Order, choose the sorting direction:
- Descending: Sort from highest to lowest value (e.g., from most recent date to oldest).
- Ascending: Sort from lowest to highest value (e.g., from oldest date to most recent).
6. Save changes to apply the new sorting mode.
