Disable integration with external services
Why do it:
To stop the automatic synchronization of reviews from external platforms and manage reviews manually only.
Procedure:
1. Log in to the control panel and navigate to the Integrations settings section.
2. Locate the box related to the service you want to disable (for example, Google My Business or TrustPilot).
3. Inside the service box, click the Disable button.
- Note: Clicking Disable will automatically clear the configuration fields (such as the API key or site URL).
4. To save the change and make the deactivation effective, be sure to click the general save button on the page (usually located at the top or bottom of the settings screen).
