Configure the import parameters for external reviews (e.g., minimum rating, URL, API keys)

This guide explains how to enable and configure the automatic import of reviews from external platforms such as Google My Business or TrustPilot.

Note: By enabling integrations, the system will perform 3 synchronizations per day at different times.

Procedure

1. Access the integration settings section (usually accessible from the Reviews plugin control panel).

2. Locate the review platform you want to activate (for example, Google My Business or TrustPilot).

3. Click on the Activate button related to the chosen integration.

TrustPilot Configuration

If you have chosen TrustPilot, fill in the following fields:

1. TrustPilot page URL: Enter your TrustPilot page web address.

2. Minimum rating to import: Enter the minimum score (from 1 to 5) that a review must have to be imported.

3. Import only installed languages: Check this box if you want to import only reviews written in the active languages on your site.

Google My Business Configuration

If you have chosen Google My Business, fill in the following fields:

1. Google business name: Enter the exact name of your business as it appears on Google.

2. Minimum rating to import: Enter the minimum score (from 1 to 5) that a review must have to be imported.

3. Google Place Key (Alternatively, the key present in 'Settings => Website => Api' will be used): Enter your Google Place API key, if it is not already configured in the site's general settings.

4. After filling in the required parameters, make sure to save the plugin settings. Automatic synchronization will start according to the system schedule.


To deactivate an integration: Click on the Deactivate button related to the platform. All configuration fields will be cleared.
