Description: A comprehensive tool for managing, importing, and displaying customer reviews on your website.
What is it for? (Practical examples)
This tool allows you to centralize customer feedback, improving the credibility and engagement of your site.
- Collect direct feedback: Insert a form on your site to allow customers to leave reviews directly, managing approval before publication.
- Centralize external sources: Automatically import reviews from popular platforms like Google My Business and TrustPilot, avoiding manual copying.
- Show social proof: Display filtered and sorted reviews on any page of the site, for example in a dedicated section or on the homepage.
Main features
Review management and display
- Centralized archive: All reviews, both imported and those submitted via the site, are managed in a single control panel.
- Advanced filters: You can search reviews by keyword in the title or text, filter by specific tags, or show reviews from all available languages.
- Custom sorting: Reviews can be sorted by date, rating (stars), manually or randomly, to optimize presentation on the site.
- Appearance customization: Through the Visual Builder, you can choose which review elements to display (author, title, text, rating, origin, origin logo) and define the display style.
- Rating style: Stars can be displayed with the site's default graphic style or, if imported from external platforms, with the original platform's graphic style (e.g., TrustPilot).
Review collection (Submission form)
You can insert a review submission form on any page of your site to collect direct feedback.
- Standard fields: The form collects the author's name, rating (from 1 to 5 stars), and message text.
- Photo upload: It is possible to enable an option allowing users to attach a photo to their review.
- Text requirements: You can set minimum and maximum character limits for the review content.
- Text customization: All field titles and confirmation messages (on success or pending approval) are fully editable.
How to configure
The main configuration concerns activating and customizing external sources from which to import reviews.
Access Settings > Integrations to configure review platforms.
| Platform | Configuration option | Description |
|---|---|---|
| TrustPilot | TrustPilot page URL | The web address of your company page on TrustPilot. |
| Minimum rating to import | The minimum score (e.g., 4) below which reviews will not be imported. | |
| Import only installed languages | If selected, imports only reviews written in languages active on your site. | |
| Google My Business | Business name on Google | The exact name of your business as it appears on Google. |
| Minimum rating to import | The minimum score below which reviews will not be imported. | |
| Google Place Key (Optional) | If not specified, the general API key of your site will be used. |
Automatic integrations
Automatic review synchronization
Once configured and activated, external integrations (such as Google and TrustPilot) are synchronized automatically.
- Frequency: The system performs 3 synchronizations per day at different times to import new reviews.
- Image handling: If imported reviews include images (e.g., author profile photos), these are downloaded and stored within your system.
Approval of submitted reviews
When a user submits a review through the form on your site and approval is required:
- Automatic notification: You will receive an alert notification in the control panel for each new review pending approval.
- Status: The review remains hidden from the public until manually approved by an administrator.
Key differences
This tool is exclusively dedicated to collecting and displaying public feedback (reviews with rating and text). It is not intended for creating complex internal surveys or questionnaires.
Elements available in the Visual Builder
When building a page, you can use two main blocks:
1. Review List: To show the list of existing reviews (imported or submitted).
2. Review Form: To insert the form that allows visitors to submit new reviews.
In the "Review List" block, the following dynamic elements are available:
- Review title

- Origin logo
- Photo (single attached photo)
- Image gallery (if the review includes multiple photos)
