To control the maximum number of dishes displayed in the "Dishes" block within your page:
1. Open the settings of the Dishes block in the Visual Builder.
2. Click on the accordion header titled Sort.
3. Within the "Sort" section, locate the field labeled Limit.
4. Enter the maximum number of dishes you want to display (the default value is 15).
5. Click Save to apply the changes.
