Configure the booking module to use

This configuration allows you to specify which booking forms will trigger the marketing action or automation you are creating.

Procedure

1. Select form

  • Click on the field and select one or more booking forms that should trigger this specific action.

2. Additional Options (Depending on the type of automation):

Depending on whether you are configuring an action triggered after a booking or a reminder, you will see different options.

If you are configuring an action for a Booking (Example: "Booking made")

You will see the Manual bookings section.

  • Check the box next to Include operator-entered bookings if you want the action (e.g., sending an email) to be executed even when the booking was manually entered by an operator in the control panel, and not only through the online form.

If you are configuring an action for a Reminder (Example: "Upcoming booking start")

You will see the Advance hours section.

  • In the Advance hours field, enter the number of hours before the booking start time at which the action should be triggered.
  • Note: The maximum allowed value is 48 hours.

3. Click Save (or the equivalent button in your interface) to apply the changes.
