Why do it: To monitor the data transfer from Rent4Business to the system and verify the success of the operation.
Procedure:
1. Click on the dropdown menu button labeled Rent4Business (identified by the gear icon) located in the action bar.
2. From the dropdown menu, click on the Importa option.
3. Once the import starts, a modal window (pop-up) with a progress bar will automatically appear. The window title will indicate Scaricamento [Etichetta Dati] in corso....
4. The progress bar will update in real time as the data is transferred.
5. At the end of the process, the progress bar will close and a new summary window titled Importazione effettuata will appear.
6. In the summary screen, you can view the results of the operation:
- The number of items Scaricati successfully.
- The number of items Non scaricati (errors).
7. If errors occurred, the screen will show an additional section titled Dettaglio errori with a list of items not imported.
8. Click OK to close the final summary.
