How to view import error details
This procedure allows you to start data import and immediately view a summary of imported items and details of any errors.
Procedure
1. On the main vehicle management screen, locate and click the Rent4Business button (identified by the gear icon <i class="fa fa-gear"></i>).
2. From the dropdown menu that appears, click on Importa.
3. Wait for the import process to complete. During the operation, a progress bar will be displayed.
4. At the end of the import, a modal window titled Importazione effettuata will automatically appear.
5. Inside this window, you will find a summary with:
- The number of Scaricati items (successfully imported).
- The number of Non scaricati items (items that generated errors).
6. If there are Non scaricati items, scroll down within the window. Under the heading Dettaglio errori, you will find the full list of error messages for each item not imported.
