This guide explains how to synchronize the catalogs and available vehicles from the Rent4Business platform within your system.
1. Integration setup
Before proceeding with the import, you need to have configured the Rent4Business integration by entering the API key.
1. Access the Rent4Business integration settings.
2. Locate the field labeled Api Key.
3. Enter your API key in the field.
4. Complete the configuration process and click Save to activate the integration.
2. Data import
The import of vehicles and catalogs is performed within the Vehicles (Rental Cars) module.
1. Access the Vehicles (or Rental Cars) module from the main menu.
2. On the main vehicle management screen, look for the button with the gear icon (<i class="fa fa-gear"></i>) and the label Rent4Business (located at the top, near other actions).
3. Click on the Rent4Business button.
4. From the dropdown menu that appears, click on Import.
5. A progress window titled Downloading {label} in progress... will appear. Wait for the progress bar to reach 100%. The operation may take a few minutes depending on the amount of data to be imported.
6. At completion, the system will show a summary window (Import completed) indicating the number of items Downloaded and Not downloaded, including any error details.
7. Click OK to close the window.
The vehicles and their related catalogs will now be visible and updated in your vehicle list.
