- Price and availability updates: Ensures that key information such as daily price and technical specifications of the vehicle are always aligned with the external source.
Main features
1. Vehicle Catalog Import
You can start a manual synchronization to download vehicle data from Rent4Business into the local "Veicoli a Noleggio" module.
- Complete import: Downloads all catalogs and associated vehicles, automatically creating new product sheets, categories, and brands if they do not already exist.
- Imported data: Each vehicle sheet includes the full name (Brand, Model, Trim), daily price (calculated from the best monthly offer), a detailed description of features (e.g., Engine, Condition, Segment), and the main image of the vehicle.
- Monitoring: At the end of the import, a report is shown indicating how many vehicles were successfully downloaded and how many generated errors.
2. Web Form Action: Get Rental Rate
This feature extends options available in the Web Forms builder.
- Monthly rate calculation: By adding the "Get Rental Rate" action to a form, the system can query Rent4Business to obtain the most convenient monthly rate for the vehicle viewed by the user.
- Custom messaging: You can configure success and error messages shown to users after form submission, using the

How to configure
The integration requires entering an API key provided by Rent4Business to establish a secure connection between the two systems.

Vehicle Catalog Synchronization
Within the "Veicoli a Noleggio" (or Vehicle Catalog) module, an informational column is added that immediately shows each vehicle's connection status.
- Status "Synchronized": Indicates that the vehicle has been correctly imported from Rent4Business and that its external ID is tracked by the system.
- Status "Not connected": Indicates that the vehicle was created manually or has not yet been synchronized.
Data maintenance
When one or more vehicles are deleted from Framework360’s local catalog, the system automatically removes also their synchronization reference with Rent4Business. This ensures no obsolete links remain in the database.
