Step-by-Step Guide: Performing a Property Search

This guide explains how to use filters and search fields to find the desired property within the system.

Performing the Search

Property searches are conducted using the filter module available on the search page or on a specific category page.

1. Enter Textual Search Criteria (Optional):

  • In the field labeled Dove, enter the city or location of interest (for example, "Roma").
  • In the field labeled Ricerca, enter keywords related to the property (for example, "vista panoramica").
  • If you know the identification code, enter it in the Codice immobile field.

2. Define Main Features (Optional):

Use the dropdown menus to specify the main features of the property:

  • Tipologia: Choose whether the property is for "Vendita", "Affitto" or "Affitto a riscatto".
  • Stato vendita: Select the current status of the listing (for example, "In vendita" or "In trattativa").
  • Categoria immobile: Choose the specific type of property (for example, "Appartamento", "Villa", "Terreni").
  • Stato attuale immobile: Specify the condition of the property (for example, "Nuovo / In costruzione" or "Da Ristrutturare").

3. Set Value Ranges (Optional):

To filter by numerical values, use the "range" fields:

  • Prezzo: Enter the minimum price in the field labeled "Da €" and the maximum price in the field "A €".
  • Mq.: Enter the minimum area in square meters in "Da (Mq.)" and the maximum area in "A (Mq.)".

4. Apply Detailed Filters (Optional):

Use the remaining fields to further refine your search:

  • Totale locali: Enter the minimum number of rooms.
  • Bagni / Camere da letto: Select the desired number from their respective menus.
  • Piano: Select the property's floor level (for example, "Piano terra", "Ultimo").
  • Classe energetica: Select the desired energy class (for example, "A+", "B", "In fase di rilascio").
  • Box/garage / Giardino: Specify whether these elements are present.

5. Execute Search:

Once all desired criteria are set, click on the search submission button (usually labeled as "Cerca" or "Filtra") to view results.

Managing Active Filters

If you have applied filters, they may be displayed in a separate area (usually above the list of results). To remove a specific filter, look for its label among active filters and click on its deletion button (<i class="fas fa-times-circle"></i>).

Example of an active filter: [Nome Filtro] [X]

Clicking on the delete icon will reload the page and show properties without that particular search criterion.
