This guide explains how to view and navigate within the "Loaded Properties Map" widget on your dashboard.
The map uses standard Google Maps controls to allow you to explore property locations.
Interacting with the Map
To move around and zoom in or out of the map, follow these simple steps:
1. Move the Map (Pan)
Panning lets you view different areas without changing the zoom level.
1. Place your mouse cursor anywhere on the map.
2. Hold down the left mouse button.
3. Drag the mouse in the direction you want to move the view.
4. Release the left mouse button to stop moving.
2. Zoom In or Out
Zooming allows you to get closer (zoom in) or farther away (zoom out) from the current position.
Method A: Using On-Screen Controls
1. Look for zoom control buttons in a corner of the map (usually bottom right or left).
2. Click the + button to zoom in (get closer).
3. Click the - button to zoom out (move away).
Method B: Using the Mouse Wheel
1. Place your mouse cursor over the map.
2. Scroll the wheel forward (up) to zoom in.
3. Scroll the wheel backward (down) to zoom out.
Quick tip: You can also double-click on the map to quickly zoom into the area where you clicked.
