This guide explains how to interpret the data in the summary widget that analyzes the distribution of active properties based on their type.
Step-by-Step Procedure
1. Access the Widget
- Log in to your Dashboard.
- Locate the analysis box called Property Summary.
2. Analyze the Chart (Distribution)
- If present, observe the pie chart (or similar) at the top of the box. This chart visually displays the percentage of each property type relative to the total number of currently active properties (i.e., for sale).
3. Consult the Detail Table
- Below the chart, you will find a table providing exact numerical data, divided into the following columns:

| Totals | Shows the count of active properties for that specific type, followed by the total number of active properties in the entire system (e.g., 5/20). |

- To determine which property type is most represented in your active portfolio, refer to the % column.
- The Totals column allows you to quickly compare how many properties of a given type are active compared to the overall total of active properties.
