Main Features
Property Management
The module allows you to create and manage a detailed inventory of properties, organized by categories.
- Basic Data: Entry of title, reference code, price (with management of "Trattativa Riservata"), year of construction, and surface area (sqm).
- Status and Contract: Definition of contract type (Sale, Rent, Rent-to-own) and tracking of sales status (For sale, Sold, Under negotiation, No longer for sale).
- Detailed Features: Recording all technical and structural details, including:
- Number of rooms, bathrooms, and bedrooms.
- Property condition (Vacant, To be renovated, New/Under construction, etc.).
- Energy class.
- Information about heating, kitchen, floor level and total floors in the building.
- Presence and size of garden, box/garage, elevator, terrace, balcony, and cellar.
- Media and Location: Upload photo galleries, floor plans, and video links (YouTube). The address is geolocated for map display.
Work Tools and Reports
The module provides dedicated tools for internal analysis and management:
- Summary Dashboard: Displays a summary of the portfolio (active properties, sold, under negotiation) and a breakdown of active properties by macro-category.
- Price Monitoring: A widget on the Dashboard shows minimum, maximum, and average prices of active properties compared with data from users’ searches.
- Map of Loaded Properties: Shows all active properties’ locations on an interactive map with marker clustering in high-density areas.
- Recent Activity: A widget displays the latest added properties and recent modifications made.
- CSV Import/Export: Allows bulk import or export of property data via CSV files; useful for quick updates or integration with external management systems.
How to configure
Main configuration takes place through the administration area under the menu item dedicated to Real Estate Agency.
Category Organization
In the management panel you can create and structure property categories (e.g., Apartments, Villas, Land). Categories can be hierarchically organized (sub-categories).
Agent Role Management
The system introduces specific user roles for real estate management:

Creation of Public Pages
The system automatically generates public web pages for:
1. Property Detail Page: A dedicated page for each listing containing all information, photo gallery, map, and technical details.
2. Category Page: A page listing all properties belonging to a specific category.
3. Search Results Page: A page showing results from user searches.
Advanced Search Filters (Frontend)
A "Filters" block can be inserted on any site page. This block allows users to search properties using defined fields (Price, Area, Type, Location, Features etc.). Filters are dynamic: they show only options that have active properties.
Visual Builder
Dedicated blocks are available for integrating real estate content into any page or template:
- Category Blocks: To display name, description, image or list of properties within a specific category.
- Property Blocks: To show title, price, address, gallery, floor plans or map of a single property.
- Property List Blocks: To insert lists of listings filtered by category, agent, branch office, price or marked as "featured".
Tracking and Sharing
- Statistics: The system automatically tracks visits to property detail pages.
- Social Sharing: Each property can be shared on social media using title, description and main images as preview.
