This procedure allows you to define whether the list of questions should show the most recent questions first or the oldest ones.
Procedure:
1. Access the settings of the Q&A List block.
2. Within the settings window, locate and click on the Sort section.
3. Under the label Sort by, make sure the Date option is selected.
4. Under the label Order, select the desired option:
- Ascending: Sort questions from oldest to newest.
- Descending: Sort questions from newest to oldest.
5. Save the changes to apply the new sorting to the list.
