This guide explains how to fill out the submission form to send a new question to the Q&A system.
Why do it:
Submitting a question allows you to receive specific answers from the support team or the community.
Procedure for Submitting the Question
Follow these steps to correctly fill out the submission form:
1. Author Information
Fill in the fields related to your identity. Note that some fields may be mandatory.
1. In the field What is your name?, enter your name. If left empty, the placeholder Anonymous will be used.
2. In the field Enter your gender, select an option from the dropdown menu:
- Male
- Female
- Prefer not to specify
3. In the field How old are you?, enter your age (This field is mandatory and must be between 13 and 100 years).

Provide the necessary context for your question.
4. If the field is visible, select the most appropriate Category for your question from the dropdown menu.
5. If the field is visible, in the Hashtag field, you can select or search for relevant hashtags.
6. In the field Your question (text area), enter the full text of your request. This field is mandatory.

7. After filling in all mandatory fields, click on the Submit button (or on the text displayed on the submission button).
If the submission is successful, you will receive the message: Your question has been successfully submitted, you will receive an answer as soon as possible. The question will be pending validation by administration.
