This guide explains how to express your appreciation for a question or answer within the Q&A section.
Why do it:
Adding a "Like" helps highlight the most useful and appreciated questions or answers by the community.
Procedure
1. Locate the item: Navigate to the question or answer you want to add your "Like" to.
2. Find the Like button: Below the content of the question or answer, look for the Like Button.
- If you have not yet expressed your appreciation, you will see the button to Add the Like.
- If you have already expressed your appreciation, you will see the button to Remove the Like.
3. Add the Like: Click on the button labeled Add.
- The system will record your vote.
- The Add button will disappear, and in its place, the Remove button will appear, indicating that you have expressed your appreciation.
- The "Likes" counter (if visible) will increase by one.
Removing a 'Like'
If you wish to cancel your appreciation:
1. Find the Remove button: Locate again the Like Button associated with the question/answer.
2. Remove the Like: Click on the button labeled Remove.
- The Remove button will disappear, and in its place, the Add button will reappear.
- The "Likes" counter (if visible) will decrease by one.
