This procedure allows you to define whether a specific section within a Customer Resource should contain a downloadable file, an embedded video, or content created using Visual Builder.
Procedure
1. Access the management area of the customer for whom you want to modify the resources.
2. Click on the Customer Resources tab.
3. Locate the resource you want to modify (labeled as resource) and click to expand the details. If you don't have any resources yet, click Add Resource.
4. Within the resource, locate the section dedicated to contents (labeled as content).
5. Edit an existing content or click the button to add a new one.
6. In the content row, locate the type selection field (usually labeled as "Type").
7. Select one of the following options from the dropdown menu:
- File: Select this option if the section should contain one or more downloadable files (documents, PDFs, images, etc.).
- Video: Select this option if the section should contain an embedded video (for example from YouTube, Vimeo, or a direct video file).
- Visual Builder: Select this option if you want to use the graphical editor (Visual Builder) to create complex textual and multimedia content directly in the section.
8. Once the type is selected, the Settings section ([data-name="settings"]) specific to that content type will appear, where you can upload the file, insert the video link, or edit the content using Visual Builder.
9. After completing your changes, make sure to save both the resource and customer data.
