Add, modify, or remove custom resources for a client (Admin)

This guide shows you how to assign, modify, or remove specific digital assets (such as files, videos, or content created with Visual Builder) for a single client.

Procedure: Client Asset Management

1. Log in to the administration panel and go to the client management section.

2. Select the client for whom you want to customize the assets.

3. Within the client's profile, click on the Client Assets tab.

Adding a New Asset

4. Click the button to add a new Asset.

5. A new row (or tab) for the asset will open. Fill in the following fields:

  • Title: Enter the name of the asset that will be visible to the client.
  • Description: Add a brief description of the asset.
  • Preview: Upload a preview image (if desired) using the media selector.

Adding Content to the Asset

6. Within the newly created asset, you need to define the actual content. Click the button to add new Content.

7. For each content section, fill in the Title and select the Type of content from the dropdown menu. Available types include:

  • File: Allows uploading one or more downloadable files.
  • Video: Allows embedding a video (via URL or embed code).
  • Visual Builder: Allows creating a complex content section using the Visual Builder editor.

8. Depending on the chosen type, specific settings will appear:

  • If you select File, upload the desired file.
  • If you select Video, enter the video link or code.
  • If you select Visual Builder, use the editor to create the content.

9. Repeat steps 6-8 to add all necessary content sections within this asset.

Saving Changes

10. Once you have completed adding or modifying assets and their contents, make sure to save changes to the client's profile by clicking on the Save Changes button (or equivalent).

The customized assets will now be visible to the client in their Reserved Area, under the Assets section.
