Remove points/credits from a user's balance

This guide explains how to set up an action to subtract points or credits from a user's balance linked to your Prestashop site.

Procedure

1. Access the configuration section of the Points Assignment action (usually within a Funnel or Automation).

2. In the Balance section, locate the Operation field.

3. Click on the dropdown menu and select the Remove option.

4. In the Credit Value field, enter the exact number of points or credits you want to subtract from the user.

• Example: Enter 100 to remove 100 credits.

5. In the Notes field (optional), enter a brief description justifying the operation (for example: "Points removal for return").

6. Click the save button (usually Save or Confirm) to apply the action to the automation flow.

Once the action is executed, the specified points will be deducted from the user's balance on your Prestashop site.
